What happens after you subscribe

  1. You get a receipt from Stripe and a thank you from us straight away. Nothing else to fill in.
  2. We set up your portal login and send it over. One place for your site's health, reports and anything you have asked us for.
  3. We take over the technical side. Backups, monitoring and the update schedule move across, with nothing for you to arrange.
  4. Your first report lands at the end of the month. What was done, what we found, and what we did about it.

Cancelling. 3 months minimum, then 30 days notice whenever you want to stop. Your site stays yours either way, and we hand over everything we hold if you move on.

How does the price work?

£95 per site per month, with a minimum of two. Set the number of sites at checkout and the total follows it. Add or remove a site later and we adjust the plan rather than starting a new one.

What does pooled support time mean?

Each site brings support time into a shared pot, and we draw from the pot rather than the site. A month where one site needs an hour and the rest need nothing works out fine.

Do the sites have to be related?

No. They usually belong to one business or one group, but they do not have to. What they share is you: one contact, one invoice, one conversation.

What happens if an update breaks something?

We back each site up before every update, run them in sequence rather than all at once, and check things still work afterwards. If something does break, the backup gives us a clear route back.

When am I billed?

Monthly plans bill on the 1st, for the month ahead. Your first payment covers the rest of the current month and is pro-rated, so you only pay for the days you get. Annual plans run for a year from the day you start.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Pay annually and get two months free, a saving of almost 17% against the monthly rate.

Is there a minimum term?

A 3-month minimum, to let the rhythm of the work actually settle in. After that, 30 days notice whenever you want to stop.
